Effortless Mindfulness for Physical Ease and Mental Balance

Mindfulness is a natural quality of our mind that can arise spontaneously and effortlessly to support us in finding ease and balance. In this workshop we will explore the conditions that facilitate the growth of mindfulness, without the usual struggles, frustration and disappointment that many of us encounter during mindfulness training.

We will focus on mindfulness of body to release unnecessary tensions and contractions of the body and mindfulness of pleasant feelings to reassure and settle our mind-heart.

The workshop will feature several sessions, each consisting of explanation, guided meditations and time for discussion.

Optional meditation lying down will be encouraged for those that would like to participate – please bring a yoga mat or cushion if you have one available.

All are welcome, no prerequisite required.

Full COVID-19 measures will be in place – with social distancing limiting the number of people that we can accomodate for the event. Please reserve your place early so as to no miss out. Morning, afternoon tea and lunch will be provided. We hope to see you!
