Mindfulness and guided meditation explained and experienced. Methods to get at the root of problematic behaviours and ways of thinking – unlock your mind’s potential for kindness, clarity and insight.

Each session stands alone so join at any time. Presented in an accessible style these sessions are suitable for everyone whether Buddhist or not!
