Venerable Tsultrim – Buddhist Nun, Professional Counsellor
Where we’ve been, who we are, and where we’re going is totally dependent on others.
Family, friends, even strangers, fundamentally contribute to every aspect of our lives.
Life may not be perfect for you right now. However, what you do have, what you’ve achieved, what you dream of accomplishing is incredibly valuable. Recognise that, and to all those who play a part in your life, both significantly and from behind the scenes.
Spend an evening listening and reflecting on gratitude. It’s our life history we’re acknowledging and our life future we’re shaping.
