‘Doing Vajrasattva retreat is not simply about reciting the mantra and saying some prayers. It is about making the practice effective for your mind, making it the quickest, most powerful way to transform your mind.’ Lama Zopa Rinpoche

Participants are guided through the Vajrasattva Purification Practice, which involves meditation sessions throughout the day, along with visualisation and mantra recitation. This disciplined method encourages practitioners to skillfully regret our wrongdoings, purify them, and resolve to transform our efforts into positive actions to benefit all beings, and the world.

Take this timely opportunity to give yourself this gift of powerful purification practice to detox and uplift the mind in preparation for the new year ahead when the power of your practice will set you confidently in a positive direction and be a gift for others as well.

This retreat is suitable for beginners or experienced practitioners alike. However, a basic understanding of karma will be helpful.

Dates: Thursday 28th December – Saturday 30th December.

Times: 9am-5pm, morning session 9am-12.30pm, afternoon session 1.30-5.00pm

Please note that if possible you should avoid ‘black foods’ (meat, fish, eggs, onions, garlic and radishes) for the time you are attending the retreat.
