9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Our annual Vajrasattva retreat will be run again this year. We hope you can all attend this precious event.
Our great thanks to Venerable Paldron who will again be the retreat leader.
White Vajrasattva is the Buddha of purification.
Experiences of unhappiness and suffering are the results of past negative actions, speech and thoughts. They leave karmic seeds or imprints in the mind. Learn & practice visualisation techniques and mantra recitation for eliminating or neutralising these seeds and shed harmful habits and thought patterns. Purifying the mind in this way allows happiness and joy to arise instead.
“The Vajrasattva purification practice, which is more powerful than negative karma, can prevent you from experiencing the problems that negative karma would otherwise bring you.” – Lama Zopa Rinpoche
Suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
Retreat Leader: Venerable Paldrön is a senior nun with extensive life experience as well as familiarity with different aspects of Dharma gained over more than 40 years of practice. Her gentle yet rigorous approach will ensure that participants receive the maximum benefit from this experience. More…
