By reflecting together on the feelings that arise as we think, speak and act, learn to recognize and understand what is helpful and unhelpful. Effectively transform all negative thoughts into joyful positive energy, enhancing a sense of abundance and contentment. Draw on the profound and extensive heritage of Indian and Tibetan Buddhist texts and teachings to ensure these reflections have a solid foundation in authentic Dharma.
“The most important thing is practice in daily life… Doctrine is not meant for mere knowledge, but for the improvement of our minds. In order to do that, it must be part of our life.” H. H. Dalai Lama
