Can’t get to the Centre during working hours? This one is for you, if you would like to learn and practice meditation with guidance and support. Also suitable for the more experienced who find it helpful to meditate with others. Develop mindfulness to unlock your mind’s potential for kindness, clarity and insight.
Each session stands alone so join at any time. Presented in an accessible style and suitable for everyone whether Buddhist or not.
Leader: Penny Davies is an experienced meditator and has been a student here for several years. She led Wednesday meditation while Venerable Paldrön was on retreat earlier this year.
