Shifting Attitudes - How We Think

Thursdays 4, 11, 18 & 25 November  – 6pm to 7pm

How we think about ourselves and the world around us underpins how we act and speak. When we shift our mental focus to cultivating constructive attitudes, we transform our way of seeing and being. We can literally create new neural pathways in the brain, developing healthier relationships with ourselves and others.

Join us for this 4-week online series as we reflect and meditate on shifting attitudes, feeding our emotional and mental well-being.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Teacher: Venerable Tencho, previous KYRC Director, is a senior nun with extensive life experience as well as familiarity with different aspects of Dharma gained over many years of practice. Ordained in 1998, Venerable Tencho has enjoyed extensive study, practice and teaching over a number of years. Venerable Tencho is delighted to share her wisdom with everyone on Thursday nights!
