Fri, 20 January, 2017
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Living in a modern materialistic world can be complicated; unrealistic expectations can cause frustration; self-absorption breeds disconnection. Be reminded how to simplify, feed both heart and mind for living better.

Teacher: Geshe Sherab was born in Nepal of Tibetan parents, and received his education at Kopan Monastery, Nepal, the spiritual centre of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT). He has lived in the USA working at the FPMT Central office and several nearby Dharma Centres in Taos, New Mexico.
