Unifying Body and Mind 

Date & Time: Sunday 16 August 2015, 10am-3.30pm

In this workshop you will learn about the process of settling the body, settling the mind, and unifying the two so that your mind and body can function harmoniously with one another.

  • Discover the benefits of a calm, focused mind in a settled relaxed posture.
  • Work with physical tension and mental rumination.
  • Develop stillness, focus and relaxation.

All workshops are suitable for beginning and seasoned meditators. Please feel free to bring along a small pillow, a blanket and a yoga mat to experiment with meditating in the supine position.

Wai Cheong Kok completed the seven-year FPMT Masters program in Advanced Buddhist Studies in Italy, and has been teaching meditation and Buddhism since 1996. More information about his teachings is available on his website: www.effortlesslymeditate.com.
