Join our monthly mini retreats to learn easily applied techniques including:
- how meditation can lead to greater happiness
- how to apply mindfulness in meditation and in day-to-day situations
- how to develop a peaceful mind an increase concentration
- how to skillfully deal with stress and anxiety
The day will include several sessions of meditation, with regular breaks.
Facilitator: Venerable Paldrön
Ven. Paldrön was ordained as a nun in 1999. She has more than 40 years experience of Buddhist practice and study. She offers the listener a perspective that is both comprehensive & gentle.
