Non-Residential Weekend Retreat with Venerable Robina Courtin

How to shift problematic attitudes and behaviours, discovering more about your capacity for change and happiness.

Based on an 11th century text by Tibetan Master, Geshe Langri Tangpa, these pithy instructions have the power to revolutionise your attitude towards yourself, your life, your world.

Venerable Robina Courtin, Australian-born Buddhist nun with a powerhouse personality, says it took her years to walk the talk of Buddhism. Her history has been one of extremes – from life as a hippy to self-declared communist to feminist before she was drawn to Buddhism, which she says gave her a world view and liberation.

With a turbo-charged energy that defies her 70 years, Ven. Robina’s teaching schedule has her on a permanent global road trip that now sees her back in the Blue Mountains.

She cuts through the cliches of religion at lightening speed and tells it like it is when giving instructions on the mind, meditation or just about anything else.
