Known as the ‘Mother of all Buddhas’, Tara is the embodiment of the compassionate action of the enlightened mind. The focus of the day is on recitation and visualisation, supported with clear explanation, to ensure the practice is really meaningful and beneficial. Participation can connect us with the energy of our own active compassion and wisdom, helping fulfil our mind’s potential.
Teacher: Venerable Paldrön is a senior nun with extensive life experience as well as familiarity with different aspects of Dharma gained over more than 40 years of practice. Her gentle yet rigorous approach will enable participants to gain the greatest benefit from this practice. More…
