The simple practice of Mindfulness can contribute to our genuine happiness by strengthening the positive qualities of our mind and diminishing the hold of negative habits on our behaviour. Through practising the 4 Aspects of Mindfulness, we can enhance our resilience and foster joy and contentment in our lives.

Facility Fee Contribution: $20 members/ $25 non-members


Wai Cheong has been a Buddhist teacher for many years at Vajrayana Institute in Sydney.  He completed a 7 year Buddhist studies program in 2004 and has been interested in teaching meditation since 1996. Wai Cheong  has been a regular visiting teacher to Kunsang Yeshe Retreat Centre in Katoomba. His relaxed, warm and humorous approach makes  him a popular teacher.
