Meditation for Anxiety

Saturday 3rd April | 10:00am – 4:00pm

When we examine our feelings of  anxiety or stress through Mindfulness, we can develop a healthier relationship with our reactions by recognising the triggers and manifestations. Learn how to develop helpful responses to address anxiety and its causes.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH, morning and afternoon tea will be provided.

Facility Fee Contribution: $50 members/ $55 non-members

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Wai Cheong has been a Buddhist teacher for many years at Vajrayana Institute in Sydney.  He completed a 7 year Buddhist studies program in 2004 and has been interested in teaching meditation since 1996. Wai Cheong  has been a regular visiting teacher to Kunsang Yeshe Retreat Centre in Katoomba. His relaxed, warm and humorous approach makes  him a popular teacher.
