Following the highly successful weekend workshop on this subject, Geshe Zopa will further explore the mental factors that colour our perceptions. Participants will deepen their understanding of mind as the creator of our experiences, and learn more about methods to transform destructive thoughts and attitudes to create a positive and joyous mind.
