Overcoming Fear: Meditations to prepare for Death and the Bardo

What happens to us at the time of death, and when we transition through the Bardo? What do the visions, halluncinations and feelings mean? How can we create a good rebirth?. We can prepare for these states through a number of powerful meditation practices, so that we can overcome our fear at the time of death. These will also help us to live better lives, and support others as they die.
