Buddhist Perspectives, long a feature of our programme, provides the opportunity to explore key texts and commentaries from the rich Tibetan and Nalanda traditions in more extensive way.
This year begins with a perennial favourite, the eight verses of Geshe Langri Tangpa’s classic mind-training text. Instance by instance, it leads away from self-cherishing and towards cherishing others, turning negative attitudes into positive ones.

Teacher: Ven Paldron-la is a senior nun with extensive life experience as well as familiarity with different aspects of Dharma gained over more than 40 years of practice. Ven. Paldron is particularly skilled in relating Dharma to everyday life.
