It’s been a tough 18 months+ for ourselves and everyone across the whole world. We’ve been living through a world pandemic, natural disasters, wars and extreme sufferings. It has been overwhelming for many people.
As we are all in need of some healing during these challenging times, please join us on Zoom for a morning of Medicine Buddha practice to rediscover hope, courage and harmony. Experience healing of body, speech and mind through the visualisation and mantra recitation of the Medicine Buddha. This is a perfect antidote to the internal and external sufferings: for ourselves, humanity and all the creatures of land, sea and sky.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Everyone is welcome to attend!
