This is the first of two weekend workshops on the Guidelines. It is beneficial but not essential to attend both if you can.
Workshop Leader: Venerable Tsultrim is an experienced presenter of the 16Guidelines material. She brings together her long experience as a Buddhist practitioner and nun with her professional expertise as a counselor to offer practical and insightful ways of helping ourselves and thereby benefiting those around us.
