Venerable Paldron brings her experience of Dharma practice which began in the mid 1970’s when she & her 3 children moved to a Thai Forest monastery in NSW – Wat Buddha Dhamma, as part of the lay community, supporting Western monks & nuns and receiving teachings from Burmese Sayadaws & Thai Ajahns. During that time she made several self-retreats.
With an interest to experience different aspects of Dharma she lived some time in a Dzogchen community in Italy before finding her teacher, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, and taking ordination in 1999. After ordination she lived at Chenrezig nuns’ community before travelling to Mexico as a resident teacher.
Venerable Paldron offers regular weekly meditation classes and monthly one day retreats at KYRC, integrating many years of Dharma teachings & practice with the emphasis on developing clarity & awareness.
