With eagerness and joy Venerable Paldron resumes the Thursday transformative Dharma classes, as we unfold our understanding of how Dharma can inform every moment of an aware life…

By reflecting together on the feelings that arise as we think, speak and act, learn to recognize and understand what is helpful and unhelpful. If what you’re thinking and feeling brings joy, then your Path works! If you often feel negative, disturbing emotion, and spread that around, you’re off the Path. Draw on the profound and extensive heritage of Indian and Tibetan Buddhist texts and teachings to ensure these reflections have a solid foundation in authentic Dharma.

“The most important thing is practice in daily life… Doctrine is not meant for mere knowledge, but for the improvement of our minds. In order to do that, it must be part of our life.”                     H. H. Dalai Lama

Facilitator: Venerable Paldrön is a senior nun with extensive life experience as well as familiarity with different aspects of Dharma gained over more than 40 years of practice. Venerable Paldrön is particularly skilled in relating Dharma to day to day experience. More…
