Karuna Retreat Centre
Please note the change of date and venue, which has been made so that we can offer this as a residential retreat, enabling you to fully immerse yourself in a supportive environment, away from everyday concerns and distractions.
While attending the full, residential retreat is most beneficial and strongly recommended, a day rate is available for those who cannot do so. To see options and costs, click booking button.
More information, including a full schedule, will be available here shortly; for now, note that Friday is not a full day. Registration does not open until 4:30 that afternoon.
Suitable for everyone

Protector and Liberator, Arya Tara frees beings from fear, saves them from dangerous situations and removes obstacles.
The retreat includes guided meditation, visualisation, purification and recitation of mantras and praises. For residents, there will also be morning meditation and evening Vajrasattva purification.
