This is a great retreat introduction for generating focus, concentration, compassion and forgiveness.
This unique retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced students, allowing you to choose to attend half days, whole days or the full retreat, whatever suits your schedule best.
Teacher: Venerable Paldrön brings her experience of Dharma practice which began in the mid 1970s when she & her 3 children moved to a Thai Forest monastery in NSW, –Wat Buddha Dhamma, as part of the lay community, supporting Western monks & nuns and receiving teachings from Burmese Sayadaws & Thai Ajahns. During that time she made several self-retreats.
With an interest in experiencing different aspects of Dharma she lived some time in a Dzogchen community in Italy before finding her teacher, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, and taking ordination in 1999. After ordination she lived at Chenrezig nuns’ community before travelling to Mexico as a resident teacher.
